Dr. Frank has been an optometrist in downtown Indianapolis for over 20 years. She is a 1981 graduate from the Indiana University School of Optometry. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, Indiana Optometric Association with a special membership in the AOA’s Contact Lens and Cornea Section. Dr. Frank is certified in Ocular Therapeutics and Paragon Corneal Refractive Therapy along with the Bausch & Lomb Shaping Treatment. A participant in the VSP Sight for Students and several other charities, Dr. Frank joined Ossip in 2012.
Dr. Weibert received her undergraduate degree in Life Sciences from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas and her Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Weibert is a member of the Tomb and Key Honor Fraternity and the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society. She graduated from Illinois College of Optometry with honors. She has gone on five international missions to Paraguay, Nicaragua, and Mexico. Dr. Weibert began working for Ossip in 2011.
